How to make Elaichi Chai
- Yank the skin and granulate the cardamom pods coarsely.
- Cook milk and put aside. In a saucepan, add water along with coarsely crushed cardamom, tea powder, and sugar.
- Boil until the water is reduced to half. Now add milk and boil on low flame by whisking gently between 3-4 times. (Whisking the tea makes it tastier, try it!).
